Recently, our team visited a customer’s site to observe the performance of our PUR hot melt adhesive in real-world applications and documented the process through video. The on-site results demonstrated once again the leading position of our PUR hot melt adhesive in the industry, thanks to its outstanding performance.
During the on-site operation, the customer used our PUR hot melt adhesive for edge banding. The freshly sealed edges were stunning, as if enhanced by a beauty filter, with a surface as smooth as silk and seams as refined as the stitching on a high-end tailored suit. This near-perfect edge banding effect not only met the customer’s demand for high quality but also impressed even the most detail-oriented users, who couldn’t help but want to give it a five-star review.
However, the real highlight was the adhesion test. To verify the bonding strength of the PUR hot melt adhesive, we conducted rigorous pull tests. Two strong men tried their utmost to separate the materials bonded with our PUR adhesive, but the "inseparable couple" remained firmly intact. The dynamometer reading soared to 107.1N, and the peel strength was equally impressive. The on-site quality inspector, initially skeptical, conducted three consecutive tests, all of which yielded consistent results—the initial adhesion was as stable as a weld, with no flaws.
This series of tests not only boosted the customer’s confidence in our product but also reaffirmed the exceptional quality of our PUR hot melt adhesive. As a high-performance adhesive, it excels not only in aesthetics but also in practicality, standing up to the most stringent tests.
